In this class, we will explore different conditioning and strengthening exercises to improve the Navasana pose (V-sit or Boat Pose) in the Ashtanga Yoga Seated Sequence. The class will cover:
1. Core Activation Techniques
2. Exploring other aspects of Navasana
3. Pose Technique
