Vanessa is practicing Ashtanga style. She teaches a blend of strong classes as well as body loving, slow sessions. Vanessa's class is active, sweaty, dynamic and athletic as she combines yoga with functional fitness & mobility training.

Active Flex is an open class that aims to increase your all-round mobility & flexibility through safe and effective methods. Vanessa will guide you through yoga-inspired mobility exercises to increase your range of motion, improve joint and nervous system function, and train your body in full functional movement patterns.
