Amberlyn is practicing Hatha-inspired yoga where she integrates the movement of Vinyasa into Hatha Yoga to make the flow much relaxed and fun to members.
Yoga can be gentle, challenging and vigorous. The session is designed for people who look for a slow-paced and calming moment in finding the inner peace within but not at the expense of the intensity of the yoga session.
