Yoga can be gentle, challenging and vigorous. The session is designed for people who look for a slow-paced and calming moment in finding the inner peace within but not at the expense of the intensity of the yoga session. The flow can be challenging with the correct breathing and muscle engagement. Come and experience this journey.
