Vanessa is practicing Ashtanga style. She teaches a blend of strong classes as well as body loving, slow sessions. Vanessa's class is active, sweaty, dynamic and athletic as she combines yoga with functional fitness & mobility training.

Explore the foundations of Ashtanga Yoga. Intro to Ashtanga is designed to help you build a strong foundation in the Ashtanga Yoga method, a style of yoga that requires endurance and strength. We will focus on breaking down key postures in the Half Primary Series and help you move with more ease.
