Vanessa is practicing Ashtanga style. She teaches a blend of strong classes as well as body loving, slow sessions. Vanessa's class is active, sweaty, dynamic and athletic as she combines yoga with functional fitness & mobility training.

This session focuses on a guided led Half primary Series of the Ashtanga Yoga Method. The class is done at a continuous pace allowing students to move with their breath while building endurance.
