Vanessa is practicing Ashtanga style. She teaches a blend of strong classes as well as body loving, slow sessions. Vanessa's class is active, sweaty, dynamic and athletic as she combines yoga with functional fitness & mobility training.

SLEEP YOGA is a feel good session where you can be completely at rest with your body. We will start with just a light stretch out before moving into a guided meditation. It's a session where you can even come in with your pajamas' on and doze off to as you're guided to a soothing meditation through the night.
