Class Booking/System

How do I book a class?


All classes are booked from the website, a safe and user-friendly booking platform. Step 1: Check Our Class Schedule. Step 2: Click "BOOK ONLINE" Step 3: Create an account Step 4: Pick a Pass that suits your preference and book. Step 6: Your class is BOOKED. Just ONE-Click, you can access the session via Zoom or directly from your email. Drop us a message if you're unsure about what to do next. We're more than happy to help ❤️️




Can I book the class for my friend?


The class booking system currently supports only one account with one login access. If your family and friend would like to join us, we welcome them to create their account (get the FREE 14-day UNLIMITED Pass!) to enjoy the practice with us.




Help, my Zoom link is not working!


In the event of a broken or invalid Zoom link, please drop us a message via Instagram @ourjourneytoself. We will try our best to assist you before the session starts.




How to cancel my class booking?


You may cancel the class by choosing the "Withdraw" option.





Pricing/Payment

Is the 14-Day Unlimited Pass really free?


Yes! We want to encourgae as many people to experience yoga.

Your First 14-day online practice with Our Journey to Self is totally FREE when you pick the Monthly Pass. You will NOT be charged within the first 14-day of trial if you want to cancel your membership.
It is available only for First Timer who buys this Pass!




What if I want to just attend certain classes?


We offer pay-as-you-go classes or pick our 4-Class Pass. You may choose to get the single class pass whenever you feel you want to practice yoga, movement or mindfulness session with us.




How do I pay for the class?


Our booking system currently accepts debit card and credit card payment. For Malaysians, if you would like to purchase your class via online banking transfer, you may make your payment to Maybank OJTS Yoga

Is the Pass on recurring basis?


Yes, once you purchase our Monthly Pass or 4-Class Pass, the payment will be recurred every month for your convenience. For Weekly Pass, it is a single purchase as we knew that is your #yogavacation with Our Journey to Self 🧡




How do I cancel my recurring Monthly / 4-Class Pass?


You can do it by logging into your account. If you face any issues, please drop us a message on your cancellation request. We are happy to assist you by changing the setting in our backoffice system.




I've attended a free session and would like to support the teachers on this platform. How can I make my contribution?

General Questions

I am new to yoga. Are the classes for me?


We offer a wide range of yoga classes based on 4 levels of intensity and difficulty. If you are new to yoga, you may opt for classes with low intensity and difficulty levels. You will find the intensity and difficulty level in every class in our website under "Our Class" and IG Highlights. If you are not sure which class to should join, feel free to reach out to us and we are happy to guide you through in choosing the right class plus everything else you need to know to set up.




Can I leave the class early?


If you wish to leave the class without interrupting the session, you may do so by typing your message in the chatbox during the Zoom session or inform our Teacher before the session begins.




How early do classes open for admission?


We open for admission at least 5 minutes before the class starts. We appreciate if you could arrive early so that we could start the class on time.




What happens if I experience pain and/or injury during a session?


To keep our sessions safe, we adhere to two guidelines:

1. We ask that all participants turn their cameras on during practice so we can check if you are practicing safe and moving in alignment.

2. We always encourage participants to move with intention. We always say listen to your body.
If in theevent that you injure yourself during the session, please stay calm and discontinue the practice or you may seek for medical help in your neighbourhood immediately (if you need it). In each class you book with us, a medical questionnaire is required. The emergency contact you provided will be used as the only source for immediate assistance from our side at critical moments.




I have a previous injury, can I still join the yoga sessions?


If you have a previous injury, recent surgery, have medical history and/or experience pain in body, you are encourage to share this information with our Teachers before the class starts, or even you purchase our class bundle.




I am in my 40s/50s/60s/70s, can I still do yoga?


Yes, yoga is for every body and all ages. We welcome you to explore our classes and begin your journey with us.
