Class Description

In this flow class, we will explore multiple movement methods exploring the joint range of motion, isometric strengthening, and yoga postures for movement quality improvement. This class is a combination of pose-to-pose transitions, balance-based movements and strength drills. Bring your curiosity, your beginners’ mindset, blocks, straps and the supportive wall to class. Our class rules: 1. Be Punctual - admission starts 5 min before the class 2. Be Considerable - last bookable hour is 2 hours before the session 3. Be Mindful - cancel your booking if you can't make it 4. Be Safe - practice online yoga together with camera turning on 5. Be Fun - min 2 pax to start a class and cancellation notice will be given 2 hours before the class
