Yoga Day Special: Gratitude Morning Yoga
Start the day with meditation, pranayama and Sun Salutation.
This is a special morning session in conjunction with our International Yoga Day celebration. We will start the online session together at 6.45am for a silent meditation, followed by a pranayama and Sun Salutation in Hatha Yoga. No props needed. We want you to be at present moment to start the day by practicing gratitude towards the existence of you, energy and the universe. Welcome to experience this Gratitude Morning Yoga.
