Class Description

Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice of relaxation also known as ‘sleep yoga’ which is done in the Shavasana pose. During Yoga Nidra, the facilitator will guide you through a series of breathwork which leads to the relaxation of the entire body, mind and spirit. It is quite passive, the only thing that you’ll need to do is let go and surrender. Even though it is known as Sleep Yoga, it brings you to a deeper level of consciousness where you feel like you’re asleep but you’re still conscious.
